We guarantee quality products by subjecting our components to rigorous quality control testing. Our castings, nuts, bolts are randomly tested for strength, hardness and conformity. After assembly, every single jack that we build is placed under a load and tested for malfunctions before it is packaged. In addition, each jack is placed under a load and tested to the ASME/ANSI B30.1-1992 standard, which is 4660 lb. They are also randomly tested to 7000 lb. to insure that the shear bolt is working correctly. It is common knowledge that our competitors sell their jack unassembled, which makes it almost impossible to do any testing before it leaves their factory. Our goal is 0% defects, 100% customer satisfaction.
